The programme aims at enhancing the professional competence of the students in order to make them more suitable for the 21st Century global world of work.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Objective of Programme<\/p>\n<p>The main objective of this program is to build and prepare the students to be a\u00a0global employee. GTEP aims to empower the youth with learning global best practices and carve a niche for themselves in their respective careers. The\u00a0company is founded with the firm belief that relevant skill sets can be acquired by leveraging the strengths of different nationalities and make individuals global\u00a0citizens. To empower the conceptual understanding of UK-INDIA education\u00a0collaboration and make the learners benefited without geographical boundaries.<\/p>\n<p>The 21st Century dawned as the beginning of a Digital Age where work scenarios\u00a0are beginning to have a culture of meritocracy, a flexible environment, diverse and progressive workforce and empowering technology. This phenomenon\u00a0indicates a need to support the existing education system with the fundamental four pillars of learning suggested by UNESCO to prepare a student for the world of\u00a0work:-<\/p>\n<p>1. Learning To Know : [Cognitive Tools &amp; Multiple Intelligence]<br \/>\n2. Learning To Do: [New Age Skill Based Learning]<br \/>\n3. Learning To Be : [Self Analytical And Social Skills]<br \/>\n4. Learning To Live Together : [Intercultural Understanding And Diversity]The whole programme is divided into four phases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key features of the phase -1 are as under:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Building \u2018Brand You\u2019 for the world of work in 21st<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Learning the Four C\u2019s ( Communication, Collaboration, Creativity and Critical Thinking)<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Practicing the collaborative strategic branding and selling skills.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The four E\u2019s (Emotional quotient, Expression, Economic motive and Exposure) of international edification and exertion skills.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Application of all these into a commercially viable project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key features of the\u00a0Phase \u2013 II are as under:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Focuses the integration works skills and Life skills.<br \/>\n2. Phase I and II are to be held in India, whereas Phase III and IV are to be held in London.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key features of the\u00a0Phase \u2013 III are as under:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Includes the global exposure of UK universities, innovation and technology, connecting the employer and industry.<br \/>\n2. The final phase offers pursuing masters, applying for job or a start up India project.<br \/>\n3. As leading universities of Gujarat, KSV tries to provide all her students the maximum benefit of this project in order to help them stand tall in the global market. The pilot project of the iSEP in KSV included nearly 500 students. They were offered the phase \u2013 I in total 6 batches. They completed phase \u2013 I by September 2018. Many more students are to become a part of the said project during the current academic year as well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The key features of the\u00a0Phase \u2013 IV are as under:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.
